Trent Lott has his eye on your uterus. The upshot: Religious conservatives will pressure the Republican House and Senate to pass antiabortion measures previously passed by the House but buried by the Democratic Senate.

I wonder if you can get your uterus back (in a jar) after having a hysterectomy?

if so, I think it would be great if woman having a hysterectomy sent lott their uterus with a note saying they didn't need it anymore and since he is so fucking interested in uteruses, he can fucking have it.

infact, I think lott's office should be a unwanted baby safe drop off point. every freaked out new teen mom should be able to drop thier screaming crotchfruit off at his office. fuckingpieceofshitassclown

Good point! Although I think placing any child in close proximity to Senator Trott and his Malevolent Hair Helmet must be a violation of various human rights accords, no?

You and shechemist need to collaborate on such a web site, I guarantee you will see an outcry from women and the media, the likes of which no one has seen before.

Seriously, thatís brilliant.

I'll help! I think it's a great idea.

as someone that has one toe planted in reality, something tells me that planned parenthood and NOW would not be thrilled with any movement to overwhelm lott's office with jars of uteruses (is that the plural of uterus? awww who fucking cares), as much as that would tickle me pink, or a decaying muscle gray.

that bums me. the left has become way too P/A and whiny.

shechemist @ 11/14/2002 11:50 PM CST

Psssh. Who says we need their permission?

amyc @ 11/15/2002 05:42 AM CST

Of course, it doesn't have to be an actual Website. It could still be just a parody and still get your points across, as the Think of the Children site shows.

How about

amyc @ 11/15/2002 09:12 AM CST is fucking great. hummmm, maybe we ought to.

shechemist @ 11/15/2002 10:48 AM CST

It could be fun. We'd have to find someone with way better design skills than mine to make it pretty, though. I'm thinking pink and throbby.
