The last name of National Spelling Bee winner Sai R. Gunturi was misspelled in a May 30 KidsPost article and on the front-page promo and caption.

Oh, by the way, I've been meaning to post something for the last three weeks about how "Spellbound" is the best movie I've seen all year. I was even going to update my sad, neglected wordnerd site with a loving review, detailing my own dork-assed bee past, how I won all but two of the school bees I participated in, and how I threw the big spelling bee in 8th grade to let a boy I liked win instead (o, misguided youth!). But the last couple weeks just haven't been conducive to that sort of posting, and honestly at this point I probably won't ever get around to doing it. But go see the movie anyway. It's wonderful. (And read "Bee Season" while you're at it!)

Congradulations, Sai R. Gunturi!

That's funny, but not quite as funny as 'congratulations' being misspelled on the Hooters sign in the movie.

Especially considering the large amount of national bee winners that end up working at Hooters...
