Last night we took in the final production of It Came from the Neo-Futurarium II, an inspired retelling of TRON (Big Wheels! Blacklights! Bit!) as performed by Atlanta's Dad's Garage theater company, featuring the supremely demented narration stylings of Doyle Reynolds.

If you missed it, well, too dang bad. You'll just have to wait until next summer to see staged readings of terrible movie scripts. Maybe they'll do "Gigli"!

Eegah! I mean, "Eegah"!

I'd loan them my copy of "On The Air Live With Captain Midnight," but I don't think it'd go over well with the Chicago alt theater crowd. Too much mumbling.

In addition to the re-telling of TRON, Dad's Garage will also be doing their live theater talk show, The Lucky Yates Talk Show, Friday and Saturday nights at the Neo-Futurarium. We got a quick preview of the show last night; it looks pretty cool!
