Honestly, I didn't have anything for today. I had trouble being happy -- first day back at work after a long weekend, plus workaday monotony, backhanded compliments, and abject failure. So I was just going to put up my favorite Sleater-Kinney song as a cheat.

But then, as is so often the case with YouTube, I started clicking around and being led in unexpected directions. And I found this -- Corin, Carrie, and Janet, plus Calvin Johnson and (I'm guessing) Sarah Dougher on the farfisa. On New Year's Eve, 1997. Singing "Rock Lobster."

I mean, how can this not make you happy?
